We had 3 blinds that needed to be fitted after we ran into a problem trying to do it ourselves. Stephen was able to come out to help us very quickly and got the job done in no time. I cannot praise Swan Shutters highly enough. My windows have a slightly irregular shaped, which made the job of fitting the shutters more complex than normal. Stephen explained the situation and what he could do to rectify it. All my questions were answered without hesitation and in layman’s terms. The end result is that I’m happy with my set of shutters. I would recommend Swan Shutters (who also were considerably cheaper than other companies)

Wow! I’m so impressed with the plantation shutters Stephen fitted for us which have transformed our rooms. He’s a one man band who so obviously takes pride in his work, he was very reliable, took time to make sure we were happy with the style we were ordering and on the day of fitting he was very tidy. Stephen made a good assessment of the work required – my windows are a bit wonky and other people who gave quotes didn’t discuss how this would look. Everything was on time and finished nicely.
We couldn’t be happier with our shutters! The quality is excellent and they have wonderful appeal both from the street and from inside the house. There was a shipping delay due to covid but Stephen communicated throughout with updates and he delivered/installed them as soon as they arrived in the UK.
